In April 2026, Advantage Housing Inc. was certified by IHCDA as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) for Cass, Howard, Miami, Tipton, and Wabash Counties. This unique designation provides development opportunities and funding to provide homes for purchase to hard-working, Hoosier families through the HUD HOME Homebuyer program. While the program is currently launching only in Wabash County, it may expand to neighboring counties as momentum builds.
